2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

From parents and guardians: When you register your son or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, and email address, plus your child's name and age, emergency contact information, and your photo consent choices.

From our website: Our website host (Webador) may collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through cookies, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian provides all information about a child. If you are a parent or guardian, you may ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete your child's information by contacting us at brother2brotherlv@gmail.com.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To register your son for our workshops, the Black Ball, and Summer Camp.
- To contact you about schedules, meetings, and program updates.
- To keep our young men safe, including through emergency contact information.
- To improve our website and programs.

We never sell your information. We do not share it except as needed to run our programs (for example, with our website host or our meeting platform) or when the law requires it.

5. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

We only photograph or record a young man with his parent or guardian's written permission, given during registration. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and programs use a few trusted services: Webador (website hosting) and Zoom (online meetings). Each has its own privacy policy. If we offer online donations or memberships, payments are processed by a secure third-party service, and we do not see or store your card details.

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We keep registration and contact information in secure accounts accessible only to our program leaders, and we do not post children's personal information publicly.

8. YOUR CHOICES

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
