TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Brother 2 Brother LV
Last Updated: November 6, 2026
Welcome to Brother 2 Brother LV ("we," "us," "our," or the "Organizations"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, social media channels, events, programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our Services.
1. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content provided by Brother 2 Brother LV — including website text, graphics, videos, event discussions, support resources, and social media posts — is intended solely for educational, informational, community support, and networking purposes.
No Professional Advice: The Services do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Not a Substitute: Content provided through our Services is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor.
Crisis Situations: We are not an emergency service or crisis hotline. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911, visit your local emergency room, or call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
2. OUR PROGRAMS
We offer etiquette workshops for girls and mannerism workshops for boys, ages 8 to 18, leading to the Black Ball, plus Summer Camp and our annual toy give. Workshops run January through May 2027, on the first and last Saturday and Sunday of each month, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., at libraries and recreation centers around Las Vegas. The Black Ball takes place in June 2027, and Summer Camp runs July through August 2027. Dates, times, and locations may change, and we will tell registered families about any change. Toy-giving signups follow the rules listed on our toy-giving page.
3. REGISTRATION AND FEES
Registration is $50 per young person, and it goes toward their uniform. Registration is complete once we receive your registration and payment. If your child cannot attend after registering, please contact us and we will work with you.
4. PARENT AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
A parent or guardian must register a young person under 18. By registering, you confirm that the information you give us is true, that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, and that you will tell us about any health condition, allergy, or limitation that could affect your child's safe participation. You are responsible for getting your child to and from workshops and events on time, and for letting us know if someone else will pick them up.
5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT
We strive to create a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all. Our young people are expected to treat everyone with respect — other youth, leaders, volunteers, and families. We teach the old-school way: manners, respect, and holding your head up high. When participating in our online platforms, virtual sessions, or in-person events, you agree not to:
1. Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or abusive language.
2. Share unauthorized commercial communications (spam) or solicitations.
3. Post confidential or private personal information about another individual without their explicit consent.
4. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict access, or remove members from our events or platforms for violations of these guidelines without prior notice. If a young person's behavior endangers others or seriously disrupts the program, we may ask them to leave a session, and we will speak with their parent or guardian first whenever possible.
6. SAFETY
The safety of our young people comes first. Our workshops and events are supervised by at least two adults. Our leaders and volunteers do not contact young people privately outside of program activities. If you have a safety concern, contact us right away at contact@sister2sisterlv.com or (702) 763-4402.
7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
We only photograph or record a young person with their parent or guardian's written permission, given during registration. Photos and videos may be used on our website and social media, in grant proposals, and in educational materials to show what our programs do. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using new photos of your child.
8. GENERAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brother 2 Brother LV, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any information or materials on our Services.
"As-Is" Basis: All information and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
No Assumption of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or reliance upon any information or resources provided.
Our programs include physical activities, such as dancing, outdoor activities, and swimming. By registering your child, you acknowledge these activities carry some risk, and you agree to tell us about any health condition that could affect their participation.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, logos, branding, graphics, and materials created by Brother 2 Brother LV are our property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written authorization.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL RESOURCES
Our Services may contain links to external websites, community partners, or third-party resources. We do not endorse, control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party resources is done at your own risk.
11. NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Brother 2 Brother LV are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and equitable environment for all community members, participants, volunteers, contractors, and employees. We believe equal opportunity is fundamental to our mission and core values.
We strictly prohibit discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in all organizational operations, programs, and employment practices. This policy applies to all individuals associated with us, including directors, officers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, vendors, clients, and program participants.
Prohibited discrimination includes any adverse action or treatment based on: race, color, or ethnic origin; religion, creed, or spiritual belief; sex, biological sex, or reproductive health decisions; gender identity, gender expression, or transgender status; sexual orientation; age; physical or mental disability, or medical condition; genetic information; national origin, citizenship status, or ancestry; veteran or military status; marital, domestic partnership, or parental status; or any other status or characteristic protected under federal, state (Nevada Revised Statutes), or local law.
Reasonable Accommodations: We are committed to providing full access and equal participation to individuals with disabilities. We will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known physical or mental disabilities, unless doing so would cause an undue operational hardship. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure meaningful access to our programs and services for individuals with limited English proficiency. To request an accommodation for an event, application process, or service, please contact us at contact@brother2brotherlv.com or (702) 763-4402 at least 5 business days before the event or required deadline.
Reporting Discrimination or Harassment: Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment in violation of this policy is strongly encouraged to report the incident promptly. Direct your concern or grievance in writing to our Executive Leadership at contact@brother2brotherlv.com. All reports will be handled with appropriate discretion, investigated promptly, and addressed thoroughly and impartially.
Anti-Retaliation: We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a violation, opposes discriminatory practices, or participates in an investigation or grievance proceeding. Anyone found to have engaged in retaliatory behavior will be subject to disciplinary or corrective action, up to and including termination of employment, removal from volunteer duties, or revocation of membership/access.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this document indicates when updates were last made. Your continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
